Introducing Rencontre, a food truck visiting from Takamatsu City!✨
Rencontre means “encounter” in French, apparently🎵
The menu is extensive, featuring everything from baguette sandwiches to sweets and shaved ice—perfect for hot summer days 🌞 With the intense heatwave, it’s great to have both shaved ice and drinks available! ❕❕
There are many appealing menu items, but I had the recommended baguette sandwich for lunch ☺
The crispy hard-shell bucket was delicious, packed with my favorite shrimp and avocado combo for a satisfying bite! ❣ True to its name, it was a delightful “encounter” I’m grateful for. ☺
Though their pop-up at the Setouchi Triennale Hikita area has ended, I wish I could’ve savored more of their menu at a leisurely pace. 🎵 Be sure to check their Instagram below for future pop-up info! ✨
