The Hamachi Pickled Rice Bowl Set is limited to 10 servings per day✨ This luxurious menu features domestic rice topped with Hamachi caught in Hiketa, served with Kakashi’s special sauce🐟 The dried baby sardines are also locally sourced❗
The hamachi, soaked in our special sauce, is incredibly tender and flavorful—absolutely delicious and perfect with rice❗
It comes with salad, miso soup, and pickles, making it a perfectly balanced meal✨
Next up is the tempura somen noodle set meal❕
The tempura featured summer vegetables like bell peppers and shishito peppers, all fried to perfection.✨
The somen noodles were sourced from Shodoshima Island and served chilled with plenty of ice, perfect for cooling down on hot summer days.😊

Our fresh strawberry frozen smoothie is a refreshing frozen treat perfect for summer, generously made with Hiketa’s Sanuki Hime strawberries🍓

The set meal is available throughout August during the Setouchi Triennale period. Regarding drinks, they will be served during lunchtime throughout the Triennale period, and during the evening even after the Triennale ends for a while❗
