Wasanbon sugar, a type of sugar traditionally produced in Kagawa Prefecture, such as Wasanbon rice crackers,

There’s even craft beer made with that wasanbon sugar as an ingredient.🍻

Additionally, Higashikagawa City is famous for gloves, which account for over 90% of domestic production. The city offers a wide variety of products, including wrist scarves embroidered with local scenery and specialty items created by glove companies, stylish candles made in collaboration with local farmers, and Mizushi rice, the regional brand rice.
